Watch this video!
Someone posted this on the ultra list yesterday and it's just too good not to share! For all my non trail running friends... THIS shows why I do what I do and if it doesn't make you want to go out and run... well, I give up. XOXOXO Coleen
I emailed this to all my fellow work peeps today with the headline "This is why I run Ultras." Unreal video - everyone who doesn't run ultras, or trail races in particular, should be jealous :)
Awesome video. I read your blog and enjoy reading about your races. I live in Salina, Ks and have seen you at the last couple races. Freestate 40miler was my first ultra. I plan on running Lunartrek 100k and the the 100 at heartland. All this because I ran at physco wyco in february. Keep up the good work.
This is one of those videos that I want to mark NSFWBICYU (Not Safe For Work Because It Chokes You Up). It is pretty amazing that we are free to run pretty much anywhere as long as we can put up with being cold, wet, and having our feet hurt. Thank you.

I enjoyed this more than Running on the Sun.

Definitely makes me want to get off the pavement.
(I found your blog linked from somewhere on the Trail Nerds site)
